one king of new board strip rolling-mill, it can show good-shaped, Plate and high-precision etc. Usage   This machine uses in raw material  thickness≤5mm,the width for ≤1250mm,the matetial quality for the ordinary carbon steel,the high quality carbon steel,the low-alloy structural steel,rustproof steel,non-ferrous metal and compound naterial cold rolling,its end product thickness≤0.15mm. Equipment composition and structure feature  The set is assembled with four rollers irreversible or reversing rolling mill,the working roller transmission or the Back up roller transmission,including working stand,universal coupling axis,bracket,lambdoidal gear seat, reducer and main electromotor.The transmission part is installed on the welded metal foundation,which is advantageous to the installment and debugging.  The supporting roller seat of the set is the hydraulic balance;The low speed turbine sheel device is plane-teo-envelope turbine wheel and pole;Guiding roller setting is placed at the entrace.Rise and shrink curler decided by the mechanical type or the hydraulic pressure control the material loosen and curl tensility;The rotary coupling spindle is the SWP cross to the coupling spindle.  Speed reducer,lambdoidal gear case and the disposed thin-oil station of the set use the forcible lubrication.holding-down turbine wheel device by electromotion,Universal coupling axis and the roller bearing use the lithiumbase-grease drying oil lubrication or the mist lubrication.  Special 9Cr2Mo,86CrMoV7 cold roll alloy steel are choosen as the material of the working rollers.bearing belongs to the roller-needle bearing or oil-retainingbearing (decided by speed).The supporting bearing is the FCD bearings special to rolling mill,being equipped the exchanged roller installment.The electric appliances are controlled by the digital technology,which is conveniently manipulated.   According to the customer request,we can design,make many kinds of cold-roll mill sets which are used in different conditions.
